I must admit that this is the worst monster I could have ever picked. When I originally looked it up I must have read a description of something else but wrote this on my list. Paasselkä Devils are floating balls of light that are found over a Lake Paasselkä, Finland and they move at various speeds. Sometimes they appear alone and other time in groups of several balls. People have reported that it sometimes acts as if it is consciousness. In my drawing I had no idea what to do so I figured I'd draw some floating stuff and then a larger shape that was like a silhouette of a person that I figured would be the group consciousness. I went in and added photoshop effects and tried to make it seem as if all of this stuff was trying to join together . . . did it work?
This drawing was done in an 5.5" x 8.5" Strathmore (400 Series) 60 lb. paper sketchbook with Sharpie Marker and then edited in Adobe Photoshop.I had planned on doing a different drawing for this but I liked this simple little line drawing enough that I decided against doing another drawing.
