The Aswang . . . okay I laugh every time I say that name. This guy comes from the Philippines and is supposed to be a ghoulish vampire-like werewolf. They are shapeshifters and daywalkers that like to eat young children. The Aswang also has the ability to create doppelgangers of its victims out of inanimate objects that it sends back to it’s original home and then the doppelganger will die as if it were the real person.
In my brief ten minutes of research on this guy I found that he has been drawn a lot of different ways so I kind of just made up what I thought he might look like.
Look him up on wikipedia this guy is kinda gross and terrible . . . if you are not his neighbor.

Never heard of an Aswang. You're bringing new monsters to light! Cool!
ReplyDeleteYeah me either, I try to find some odd ones if you go back through the previous years there are some weird ones. Last year I had a lot of time issues and ended up making up a lot of stuff.
