31 Monsters in 31 Days (2015 Edition): Monster 31- HALLOWEEN MAN

As always our final monster in the 31 Monsters in 31 Days is our old friend HALLOWEEN MAN. I've been very rushed this year and really didn't want to do the monsters because I knew I didn't have the time but somehow I made it to 31. I hope that you all have enjoyed the monsters this year and hopefully next year I'll have lots of time.

31 Monsters in 31 Days (2014 Edition): Monster 31 - Halloween Man

Once again our final monster is HALLOWEEN MAN, he's become the mascot of the 31 Monsters in 31 Days project. I really should write a story about him and maybe put him in a comic book.

Speaking of comic books it seems that there is a comic book being published out there called Halloween Man that looks like it might be cool and I want to check it out but the two characters are not anything alike visually and from what images I've seen my character isn't anywhere near that character in origins.

Speaking of things that are the same name did you know that there was a Halloween Man cologne?

31 Monsters in 31 Days: Monster 31 - Halloween Man

Well I made it through 31 Monsters in 31 Days and it wasn't easy. Didn't have the time or proper motivation this year but I made it. Lastly we get the second monster to appear every year so far my character Halloween Man in his traditional Halloween Day post. Hopefully next year I will get back to a better schedule and be on time with more of the cryptids and mythological creatures we all know and love.

This drawing was done in an 5.5" x 8.5" Strathmore (400 Series) 60 lb. paper sketchbook with Sharpie Marker and Copic Markers.

31 Monsters in 31 Days: Day 31 Halloween Man

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! This is our old friend Halloween Man who first appeared here last Halloween. If you'll remember he's the guy that you run into when you are out Trick or Treating that looks like he is part of a Halloween yard display but then jumps out and scares you. Well this time Halloween Man has his bag and will be right beside you looking for trick or treat goodies. Have a happy and safe Halloween.

This was drawn on part of a page of 11" x 17" Bristol Board with Sharpie Marker and colored using Adobe Photoshop.

31 Monsters in 31 Days: Day 31 - Halloween Man

Well for our last day in the 31 days I decided to do an original monster I've called Halloween Man. He's the guy that you run into when you are out Trick or Treating that looks like he is part of a Halloween yard display but then jumps out and scares you.

I hope that you have enjoyed the 31 Monsters in 31 Days I'll be back doing more monsters shortly. The schedule will not be daily because I've got to gt back to making comic books but I will be updating as often as possible and there will be more black and white and digitally colored art to try to keep the cost of art supplies down.

I will be making the 31 monsters done so far available as a sketch book very soon.

The colors are Prismacolor Markers and Copic Markers.
