Plagar from Planet 52 . . . I just made this guy up. He kind of reminds me of Roger from American Dad being that he's an alien living on Earth and trying to blend in but it stops there because he totally want's to take over the planet and drag it back with him across the universe to attach to Planet 52 so there can be more space for Pudding Ball.
